September
13 for Special Dividend
INCLINE
VILLAGE, NV, September 9, 2010
– PDL BioPharma, Inc. (PDL) (NASDAQ: PDLI) today announced that NASDAQ
has established September 13, 2010 as the ex-dividend date for its second of two
special dividends to stockholders declared by the Board of Directors on January
27, 2010. The dividend of $0.50 per share will be paid on October 1, 2010 to all
stockholders of record on September 15, 2010.
